Shipping and Handling:
Delivery period is normally 7-10 days. However it may vary depending on the size of the order.
Freight Policy:
Orders over $499.00,up to 10kg weight, shipped all around the world qualify for free shipping.
Orders exceeding $499.00, up to 10kg, include any metal products, and/or requiring Expedited shipping, do not qualify for free freight.
Freight charges will be FOB shipping point and will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
Product Returns:
All returned merchandise without prior authorization will be refused.
To return merchandise to Maxlink International Group Ltd. you must contact our customer service department at customercare@powerdrivestore.com and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
The customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight. All items are subject to a restock fee of 15% for standard belts and 30% for banded and timing belts.
All items returned need to have been purchased from Maxlink International Group Ltd, returned within 1 month, and be in new saleable condition.
Cancelled Orders:
All orders cancelled due to customer error will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
